The project involved creating an intelligent contextual chatbot to engage visitors and schedule appointments with counselors, as well as backend tools to manage visitors and integrate communication channels. The project was successful, with the client noting that the system works well.

In another project, Wi4 was engaged by a software development company to create custom software for one of their clients. The client required integration with Epic on their engagement platform, with complex workflows involving CCDA and FHIR interfacing and multilayer updates in the software. Wi4 was chosen for their experience with Epic integration and healthcare data. The project involved integrating over a million records in real time and building a data transformation rule engine. Wi4 provided a team of three Talend and one Epic domain expert for the project.

Wi4 was also engaged by a digital marketing agency to perform a system audit and implementation. The agency wanted to improve interoperability for their healthcare sector clients and implement the Mirth Connect Free Version. Wi4 was chosen for their cost-effectiveness and good value. The project involved implementing Mirth Connect to make many devices interoperable for the agency's clients in India, as well as performing a system audit, making suggestions, testing, maintenance, and training the agency's employees in maintaining the system. The project was successful, meeting the agency's objectives.
