Highlights from Recent Projects
Whitecode Agency provided cloud consulting and cybersecurity services to VeAn, the world's largest network of tattoo parlors and studios. VeAn was struggling with its server infrastructure across seven countries, and its back-end systems were experiencing consistent failures. The Whitecode team, consisting of 2-5 employees, was tasked with supporting the existing infrastructure, optimizing performance, strengthening fault tolerance, and providing consultation on back-end development and scaling server infrastructure. They successfully eliminated security vulnerabilities, enhanced system fault tolerance, redeveloped server infrastructure, migrated the entire system to new servers, set up orchestration for all services and machines, automated deployments across different countries, implemented new automation tools and services, and provided consultative support to VeAn's backend developers. As a result, VeAn's system stabilized, and Whitecode continues to provide technical support for their server infrastructure globally.
Whitecode Agency was hired by a consumer products and services company to develop a mobile application, a web application, and UI/UX development for their SaaS-based online travel agency platform. The agency formed dedicated teams for both mobile and web development, which worked in collaboration with the company's in-house team and an additional group from Ukraine. The Whitecode team, consisting of 6-10 employees, was responsible for liaising with potential integration partners, overseeing the entire development process, and providing UX/UI design support for the company's rebranding initiative. The project is currently under a strict NDA, so specific details cannot be shared. However, the primary deliverable was the establishment of a well-structured development and management workflow, with Whitecode taking full responsibility for the development process.
