Whitecap Canada was contracted by IXACT Contact Solutions Inc, a real estate CRM company, for a custom software development project. The aim was to design and program a CRM solution for realtors from scratch. Whitecap's involvement ranged from the initial discovery process to identify design requirements, to development, testing, and QA. The client praised Whitecap's expertise in web-based application design, development, and integration, as well as their deep skills with Microsoft Exchange. The project also involved building a mobile app for iOS and Android. The client was highly satisfied with the range of expertise brought by Whitecap to the project, including UI designers, graphic designers, and database architects. The engagement lasted from fall 2007 until 2009 and the client invested between $1,000,000–$5,000,000.

Whitecap Canada was hired by Tricon Residential, a rental housing company, for a custom software development project. The goal was to create an efficient and user-friendly intranet that promotes well-informed employees, streamlined collaboration, innovation, increased employee satisfaction, and high admin efficiency. The scope of work involved developing a modern, user-friendly, and flexible intranet platform on SharePoint that integrates well into the corporate structure. The key deliverables included implementing the newest version of SharePoint and a roadmap for the rollout of further intranets, as well as concept, screen design, and coding for the new corporate intranet. The client was satisfied with Whitecap's ability to deliver a project that met their needs and was within their budget.

An independent publishing company contracted Whitecap Canada for a web design and e-commerce development project. The company needed to rebuild their website and integrate their two existing sites due to inadequate e-commerce functionality for their sales volume. Whitecap developed a mobile-responsive integrated website using Pentaho, with features including different product hosting with different pricing, an integrated checkout experience, a digital library, digital couponing, and a blog. The client praised Whitecap's professionalism and understanding of their goals. The project lasted from June 2019–August 2022.
