Whidegroup

Whidegroup was hired by an Australian commercial kitchen equipment supplier to improve their ecommerce website. The previous developers had left the website with several issues and delays. Whidegroup stepped in and not only provided prompt services but also offered additional ones. They discarded the previous plans, designed and developed new updates, added a filter to the website and revamped the search feature. The marketing manager of the company served as the main liaison between Whidegroup and the company's upper management.

In another project, a digital independent software vendor hired Whidegroup to develop a custom Magento 2 extension. The goal was to simplify the process of adding products to a cart in bulk. Previously, customers had to upload a CSV/XLS file to add multiple products. Whidegroup was chosen for their competence and reasonable pricing. They developed a thoroughly tested extension which was uploaded to the Magento marketplace. The project involved both frontend and backend work, and was executed by a part-time project manager and a full-time developer from Whidegroup.

For a Shopify cart drawer public app, Whidegroup was chosen to develop a Shopify application based on the CEO's mockups and requirements. The application needed custom functionality which required an experienced developer team. After considering various companies, the CEO chose Whidegroup for their ability to deliver timely results, contract flexibility, and extensive experience in ecommerce and software development. The application was developed using Php+laravel framework and Javascript + reactjs framework by a team consisting of a project manager and two developers.
