Wet Cement Studio was engaged by a B2C company in the automotive auction space to create a brand for the company’s auction platform. The aim was to appeal to design- and brand-conscious customers, particularly automotive enthusiasts. Wet Cement Studio embarked on an extensive study of the industry and competing brands, which informed the creation of brand materials including a logo, color palette, and brand sheet. They also designed graphical elements in CSS and contributed to the design of the product’s UI/UX. The project, which ran from November 2018 to January 2019, was completed with a three-round review process. The client was referred to Wet Cement Studio by a designer friend and was impressed by the studio's quality of work, comparable to that of multimillion-dollar agencies, at a much lower cost. The project was completed for less than $10,000.
