The teams consisted of nine to ten experienced professionals, including project managers and team leads.
The founder and CEO of Dealzone, a mobile marketplace app, hired Westsols for mobile app development. The goal was to provide a platform where buyers and sellers can meet. Westsols was found online and chosen based on the founder's intuition. They were given a list of technical requirements which they executed excellently. Westsols was hired by the Project Manager of A1 Covid Test, a private Covid testing service provider in the UK, to design a website. The website needed to accommodate the business model of on-site and off-site testing, and include a booking management system for dispatch and clinics across the UK. Westsols was chosen for their past work and the resources they had access to. After defining the scope of work with the project manager, their team built the mock-up and sent the designs for approval. The booking management system was made dynamic to accommodate changing requirements, which proved very effective for the business model. The team consisted of a project manager, four developers, and a designer.
