WestLink was hired by an FMCG startup company to rebuild their website and implement custom coding interactions on the backend. The project was initiated due to a previous developer's failure to deliver, resulting in significant time and financial loss. WestLink successfully rebuilt the website on WordPress, incorporating existing artwork/design, and integrated it with Everflow. The team also used various tools such as Woocommerce, Stripe, Avatax, and Synder for Quickbooks integration. Despite the tight deadline, WestLink managed to deliver, saving the company from further losses and establishing themselves as their ongoing outsourced development team.

In another project, WestLink provided automated email and survey support for True Spec Golf and Fairway Jockey. The company needed assistance in managing and creating automated email journeys in their Salesforce Marketing Cloud account. WestLink's team member, Jane, spearheaded the Salesforce integration when the company decided to switch customer survey companies. She ensured all survey responses from the new platform would correctly populate into each customer's Salesforce record. The company praised Jane and another team member, Pavel, for their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency.

WestLink was also engaged by Mac Sports Health for the development of their MVP. The health edtech platform needed to create a functional product for their first customer, so WestLink developed the backend of their MVP. The team, which included the CEO, project manager, and several tech developers, successfully delivered the project from June 2021 to March 2022. The decision to hire WestLink came from a referral by one of Mac Sports Health's advisors, proving to be a beneficial partnership.
