The software, which was developed as an Apple Developer Enterprise Program or SaaS software, allows for different logins for each manager and includes graphs that capture different tasks for various jobs. The team at West Agile Labs consisted of a project manager, developers, and designers. The project, which cost around $63,000, ran from August 2018 to February 2019.

In another project, West Agile Labs developed a restaurant management platform for a San Francisco-based founder. The goal was to digitize the operations of fast casual restaurants and convert it into a startup SaaS that could be scaled and sold to other operators. The team from West Agile Labs, which included front-end and back-end developers, designers, and project managers, built the system in iOS using Ruby on Rails and different Apple SDKs. The vendor's team was praised for their "we can do that" mentality and for efficiently explaining scopes and working on project builds.

West Agile Labs also worked with Batchelor & Kimball, a mechanical contractor, to improve their website and build an intranet-style employee portal. The portal, which was custom-coded by West Agile Labs, allows employees to access documents, announcements, and other information. The portal also needed to be secure and ensure that employee data wasn't uploaded to the wrong file. The project, which cost between $10,000 and $50,000, ran from July 2016 to May 2017. The team at West Agile Labs consisted of a project manager and an engineer, among others. The client praised West Agile Labs for their seamless transition from one project to the next and their ability to build a system that checked off every box.
