Weptile

Weptile was contracted by a food delivery service in Ontario, Canada to develop a custom extension for their WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. The company wanted to offer its customers the ability to skip renewal orders, a functionality that the existing plugin did not provide. Weptile's team, consisting of a project manager and a senior engineer, successfully developed the extension, enabling customers to skip either their entire order or individual products in their renewal order. The client praised Weptile for their deep domain knowledge and excellent communication skills.

A dog daycare company, Soulmutts, hired Weptile to create a custom ERP system to manage their operations. The traditional organization methods were not scalable for their growing business, which handles around 150 dogs a day. Weptile developed a web app built on WooCommerce using WordPress, which automated a lot of the administrative work. The software allowed the company to assign clients to staff, restrict services based on the client’s location, and automatically generate daily ordered lists for staff and drivers. It also integrated with QuickBooks to automate invoicing. The client appreciated Weptile's enthusiasm for the project, their confidence in delivering the work, and their reasonable rates.

Weptile was hired by a software company to develop a comprehensive marina management software. The software was developed from the ground up, with a modular system for Marina, Campgrounds, Bookings, and POS (retail and restaurant), all of which integrated with the accounting module and outside integrations. The client chose Weptile for their knowledge of the project's requirements and was satisfied with the team of 2-5 employees assigned to the project.
