Weptile

Weptile was hired by a food delivery service in Ontario, Canada to enhance the functionality of their WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. The company aimed to provide their customers with the flexibility to skip a renewal order anytime. Weptile developed a custom extension that allows customers to skip their entire order or individual products in their renewal order. The project was managed by a senior engineer and a project manager from Weptile, both of whom demonstrated excellent communication skills and deep domain knowledge. The decision to work with Weptile was due to their extensive experience in building custom WooCommerce functionality.

Soulmutts, a dog daycare company, enlisted the services of Weptile to address their operational challenges. With the growth of the company and the handling of about 150 dogs a day, they needed a custom solution to manage their operations. Weptile developed a custom ERP that handles clients, staff schedules, and billing, which resulted in a significant reduction in administrative work. This web app was built on top of WooCommerce using WordPress. The software allowed the company to assign new clients to certain staff, restrict services based on the area of the city, and generate invoices automatically. This engagement with Weptile has been ongoing since May 2016, with more features being added over time.

A software company hired Weptile to build a comprehensive marina management software. The goal was to develop a module-based system for Marina, Campgrounds, Bookings, and POS (retail and restaurant), with all modules integrating with the accounting module and outside integrations. Weptile was chosen for their knowledge and understanding of the project requirements. The team assigned to the project consisted of 2-5 employees. The project was a success, with the marina management software being developed from the ground up.
