WeOne successfully completed a custom development project for the Migration MVP features for Litmus7, an online retail migration service. The project was led by a senior full-stack developer, a data engineer, and a frontend developer. The team developed robust scrapers for user accounts, created extract, transform, and load functions for data, and built a marketing website. The results were a scalable MVP ready to hit the market, which satisfied the client's goals for the project.
In the second project, WeOne provided team augmentation services to Amach Software, a company that specializes in test automation delivery for enterprise customers. The team from WeOne was composed of twelve developers with in-depth coding skills, specifically with Java. They remotely worked out of Ukraine to maintain the high-level skill set needed for testing, migrating, and coding while managing the client's price point. The project, which began in November 2017 and wrapped up in the third quarter, was so satisfactory that the client decided to roll the work into the current fourth quarter without any break in service. The total cost for the project was between $400,000 and $500,000.
