Welcome Digital was hired by the Media Klaster Foundation to assist in the transformation of the Filmteractive Festival from an offline to an online event. The goal was to create a digital platform that was user-friendly and efficient, avoiding common technical issues often experienced during live streams. Welcome Digital was chosen for this project due to their successful collaboration the previous year. They completely revamped the festival's digital ecosystem, with the majority of operations conducted on Facebook. The platform was used for streaming content, advertising, and hosting the event. The existing website was also entirely redesigned to present the event's agenda and speakers, and to allow viewers to watch all video materials post-event. Content was also uploaded to YouTube, and email and content marketing strategies were implemented. The team from Welcome Digital consisted of a managing partner, a project manager, a creative team, and a graphics designer. The project was a success, with the digital transformation of the festival achieved efficiently and effectively.
