Welcome Digital

Welcome Digital was contracted by the Media Klaster Foundation to help transform their flagship project, Filmteractive Festival, from an offline to an online event. The goal of the project was to create a digital version of the event that was easily navigable for the audience, providing an optimal user experience. Welcome Digital was tasked with ensuring the highest efficiency to prevent technical issues, particularly during live streams. They successfully achieved this goal, creating a seamless digital experience for the event.

The scope of the work Welcome Digital undertook was extensive. They completely revamped the Festival's digital ecosystem, primarily focusing on the Facebook platform. The event was moved entirely to Facebook, with content streamed over five days. The pre-existing website was entirely rebuilt to present the detailed agenda and speakers, and it allowed viewers to watch all video content post-event. Furthermore, content was also uploaded to YouTube. Welcome Digital also managed email and content marketing for the event.

The team from Welcome Digital that worked on this project was composed of a managing partner, a project manager, a creative team, and a graphics designer. This team successfully navigated the complex task of managing multiple digital destination points for the Festival. The successful execution of this project highlights Welcome Digital's capability in managing comprehensive digital transformations.
