Welance was contracted by a nonprofit organization to assist with a rebranding project that involved relaunching their website and building an educational platform. The website was rebuilt from scratch using Strapi as a headless CMS, with the design being proposed by the client and the coding largely undertaken by Welance. The educational platform was developed to serve 9,000 teachers, educators, and volunteers, with features from the organization's existing TYPO3 platform being rebuilt in line with the new brand design and added functionality. The platform was designed to be scalable and to receive data from various services built by the client, including integration with MailChimp and various APIs. The project was completed by a team of five, including four developers and a technical product owner, over a nine-month period from May 2021 to February 2022, at a cost of approximately $246,000.
