The client had a critical need to transition from solely wholesale to include retail services. The project began with a kick-off meeting, followed by three days of defining the scope of work, creating mock-ups, and wireframes. After three iterations, the minimum viable product (MVP) was released. Four additional iterations were undertaken to add all desired features from the backlog and to fix minor issues.
