The CEO of PayRetailers found Webtage through a referral and chose the company due to its high ratings and aligned company values. A team of 2-5 employees from Webtage was assigned to the project. They actively participated from the start, providing suggestions and ideas to maximize the app's potential. The client appreciated Webtage's enthusiasm and cooperative approach throughout the project.

In another project, the California Association of Pest Control Advisers (CAPCA) hired Webtage to streamline the continuing education process, create a new revenue stream, and develop an intuitive way for attendees to track their credit. Webtage was found through a referral and the Clutch site, and they were chosen for their high ratings, proximity, good value for cost, and scalability. A team of 6-10 employees worked on this project, delivering features such as QR code scanning, streamlined course application process, automated reporting, and API development. The client was pleased with the results and the enhanced features provided by Webtage.

Webtage was also hired by Pelaajatcom esports, the largest e-sports media company in Finland, to upgrade the viewer experience on their CS:GO tournaments. The executive producer of Pelaajatcom esports found Webtage on the Clutch site and considered them among two other options. A team of three from Webtage worked on the project, taking initial feedback on the design and additional requirements for the CS:GO HUD. They communicated each step of the project, ensuring the client was satisfied with the progress.
