The company was facing challenges in inventory control, top management, and customs documentation. Websmith Solutions developed a customized software that allowed Universal Logistics to efficiently track around 50,000 units coming in and out each day. The software mitigated the risk of incurring fines and penalties due to improper documentation. The project lasted from May 2017 to January 2018 and cost $32,800. The owner of Websmith Solutions was personally involved in the project, ensuring the exact requirements of the client were met.

Websmith Solutions also worked with Kitmytrip, a digital solutions provider for international tourists, to develop a recharging platform. The platform integrated services from multiple telecom operators, both in the UAE and internationally. The solution was designed for direct consumer use and for business users who could resell it in the market. The platform, based on Windows server technology and a .NET framework, provided multiple recharging opportunities for multiple telecom providers. The project started in April 2018 and is ongoing, with an investment of $30,000-$50,000.

In another project, Websmith Solutions partnered with Nautilas Network, a seafarer's job portal, to develop their website portal from scratch. The portal allowed shipping companies to advertise positions and seafarers to apply for them. The portal also listed all maritime training available in India. Despite the complexity of the project, Websmith Solutions was able to create a user-friendly platform. The project began in March 2020 and is expected to conclude in January 2021. The total investment for this project was $27,000.
