Webology was hired by Pell Software, a company that creates custom enterprise software, to develop a client portal and redesign their website. The client portal needed to allow users to track real-time software development progress, manage support tickets, and securely access documentation. For the website, Pell Software required a modern, responsive design that clearly articulated their services and facilitated client conversion. Webology successfully delivered on both fronts. They developed a proprietary web app that integrated with Pell Software's internal tools and included features like role-based permissions, automated status updates, and an embedded feedback loop. They also redesigned the company's WordPress site, transitioning it to a custom CMS solution optimized for their content publishing needs. The redesigned site featured wireframing, prototyping, responsive layout design, SEO optimization, and a knowledge base for clients. The project's key deliverables included a fully functional client portal with authentication and analytics features, a high-performance website with an intuitive UI, a custom CMS backend with role-specific access, integration with third-party services, comprehensive QA and user testing reports, and ongoing support post-launch for bug fixes and minor updates.
