Web Recruiters

Web Recruiters was hired by Medical I.T. Pty Ltd, an Australian Medical IT Services Provider, to automate their matching flow and reduce the steps needed to match a student with a host. The project required a complete backend build, with the front-end written in JavaScript and the backend in Python, all running on AWS in a serverless design. Web Recruiters assigned 2-5 employees to the project and delivered the scope of work in 4 deliveries to stay within budget. The project was successful and met all the objectives.

Librestream, a company that provides specialized software for industrial teams, hired Web Recruiters for staff augmentation on several projects. The process involved a discovery meeting to outline the work, technology, and experience required for a developer. Web Recruiters then provided a few profiles, and upon selection, work commenced immediately. Most of the projects involved the production of iOS applications using React on the front end and Node.js on the back end. The collaboration with Web Recruiters was successful and met the company's needs.

ZAIS Group, an investment management company, hired Web Recruiters to address trading strategy bots performance issues, test the bot on a huge dataset, and implement a CICD pipeline. Web Recruiters assigned 2-5 employees to the project and successfully migrated the trading bot to Kubernetes, added auto-scalability which enhanced performance and eliminated bottlenecks. The CICD solution provided by Web Recruiters improved the trading strategy, accelerated the release for critical updates and reduced manual hours. The migration of the testing bot dataset to the cloud resulted in stability and faster testing. The project was a success and met all the objectives.
