Web Imagine successfully completed a CRM Consulting & SI project for Black Cup Consulting, a marketing agency. The company was hired to implement CRM and provide strategic consultation. Web Imagine was selected due to its close geographic location, great culture fit, and referral. The scope of work included the construction of an entire CRM for a client in the manufacturing space. The team also automated marketing processes, developed a custom lead scoring algorithm, and a custom assignment algorithm. The project was executed by a single Web Imagine employee.

In another project, Web Imagine was hired by a business services company for IT Consulting & SI. The company specializes in financial operations management for SMBs and needed Web Imagine to clean up their Hubspot and strategize its use. Web Imagine was chosen due to its high ratings and great culture fit. The project involved the cleanup of very old data and processes and the establishment of better automation of data and sales/marketing operations. This project was also executed by a single Web Imagine employee.

Web Imagine also worked with Castra Managed Services, an IT managed service provider for the information security sector. Web Imagine was hired to utilize and customize HubSpot and create customer success processes within HubSpot. The company was chosen due to its high ratings, great culture fit, good value for cost, alignment of company values, and referral. The scope of work included data migration, creation of workflows, processes, campaigns, tickets, and deal design. This project was also completed by a single Web Imagine employee.
