Web Imagine was hired by Castra Managed Services for custom software development, specifically to utilize and customize HubSpot and create customer success processes within it. After being referred to Web Imagine due to their high ratings, good value for cost, and company values that aligned with Castra, one of Web Imagine's employees was assigned to the project. The scope of work included data migration, creating workflows, processes, campaigns, tickets, and deal design. The project was successfully completed, meeting all the objectives set.

Web Imagine was contracted by a business services company to clean up and strategize HubSpot. The company found Web Imagine through an online search, choosing them over others due to their high ratings and great culture fit. One employee from Web Imagine was assigned to the project, tasked with cleaning up very old data and processes and establishing better automation of data and sales/marketing operations. The project was successfully executed, resulting in improved data and sales/marketing operations for the business services company.

Web Imagine was hired by Black Cup Consulting for CRM consulting and strategic consultation. The marketing agency found Web Imagine through a referral, selecting them due to their proximity, great culture fit, and the referral. One employee from Web Imagine was assigned to the project, building out an entire CRM for a client in the manufacturing space. They worked closely with the Black Cup Consulting team to automate marketing processes, develop a custom lead scoring algorithm, and a custom assignment algorithm. The project was successfully completed, leading to a streamlined and efficient CRM system for the client.
