WeAssemble

WeAssemble was hired by Roamy Earth, a travel tech platform that curates and delivers 360-degree B2C experiences, to build a dedicated offshore development team. WeAssemble assembled a 14-member team from Mumbai, India, including a CTO, Product Management, engineers, QA's, and DevOps. The team successfully delivered on key project goals such as building a fast, reactive front end using ReactJS; integrating a live rate API; creating a 360-degree customer experience; providing seamless customer support; developing a custom-built backend, and automating reporting. The team's work resulted in a platform that compares and displays live hotel room, transfer, and event ticket prices, allows customers to tailor experiences, and provides admins with the ability to manage bookings and create bespoke landing pages for each event.

WeAssemble was also engaged by Queenswood, a company that builds trust and understanding between infrastructure projects and their stakeholders and communities, to build a product and an offshore team. WeAssemble assigned 6-10 employees to this project. The team built a visual and interactive planning tool for use in meetings with stakeholders, which was based on the Google Maps API. This tool also allowed for custom visualizations of construction projects. The team's work resulted in an effective planning tool that enhanced stakeholder meetings and improved the visualization of construction projects.
