WeAreBrain partnered with RiskDesk, an insurance intermediary, to develop a custom online platform. The platform was designed to be a direct-to-consumer distribution funnel for insurance products. WeAreBrain combined off-the-shelf technology solutions with customer development software to create the platform using the LAMP tech stack. The platform focuses on part-time, freelance, independent contractors who need insurance coverage for potential lawsuits. The most recent iteration of the platform expanded to include cyber liability insurance. The entire project cost $75,000 and began in April 2018.

WeAreBrain was hired by a Swiss business education foundation to create a community portal. The portal was designed to be a meeting space for changemakers, featuring a community, a helpdesk, a consultant page, course overviews, and more. WeAreBrain assembled a project team that successfully managed the complex 1.5-year development process. The team used a variety of technical solutions to seamlessly integrate the various components of the portal. The owner, project manager, and occasional tech persons from WeAreBrain were involved in the project.

Ginkgo, a strategic content format agency, collaborated with WeAreBrain to develop a user-friendly website and intelligence database for Beautiful News, a global independent editorial platform. WeAreBrain used Ginkgo's existing brand CI to design the front-end website and also created the back-end tech and database design. They set up hosting and email integration, provided CMS training and documentation, and even created an app at no additional cost. The project, which began in 2017, cost approximately $35,600 and WeAreBrain continues to provide ongoing maintenance for the websites.
