We Scale Startups

We Scale Startups was hired by Weather Factory, an indie microstudio that creates narrative games, to help expand their audience through data-driven advertising and marketing. They sought expertise to ensure that substantial budgets were being allocated to marketing campaigns based on evidence and research. We Scale Startups was selected through a marketing pitch company called Traktion, due to their thoughtful response to the initial pitch. The project focused on major social media channels, running small targeted campaigns to identify the audience and understand what messaging and imagery resonated best with them. Upon completion, larger budgets were assigned to the most successful campaigns on the most successful platforms to maximize player conversion on the game's Steam page. The project was handled by the founder of We Scale Startups, with the support of one or two assistants.
