We Are Pixel

We Are Pixel was hired by Nourish’d, a meal delivery company, to redesign their existing website. The company was not satisfied with their previous website built on Shopify as it did not meet their specific needs for a complex subscription-based business. Joel, the Managing Director of We Are Pixel, created a custom-built website on Laravel, implemented a checkout cart design, rebuilt the reporting system, and added multiple payment options on the site. The project, which began in February 2022, is still ongoing and has so far cost around $28,000 USD.

The health care review platform company engaged We Are Pixel to update and migrate their platform. The platform was two years old and had gone through multiple developers, which resulted in a stressed codebase and infrastructure due to exponential user growth. We Are Pixel was chosen for their technical insights, roadmap for future growth, and excellent communication. They conducted a full site and code audit, discussed the findings and priorities, and planned a migration to AWS. The project was handled by the owner and CEO of We Are Pixel.

Cannabis Warehouse, a company that provides tools for the supply, order, and dispensation of medicinal cannabis, hired We Are Pixel to develop a custom ordering platform. The platform was to connect sponsors to pharmacies and practitioners and provide compliance reporting of products/transactions. We Are Pixel was chosen for their proximity, budget-friendly pricing, culture fit, and value for cost. They were tasked with building an e-commerce platform that facilitates the sale of medicinal cannabis between brands and customers and collects necessary government documents for safe distribution. A team of 2-5 employees from We Are Pixel was assigned to this project.
