Wayfare undertook a project for ClubReady, a health club software solutions company, to implement UI designs. The team at Wayfare built the UI in React, following Figma wireframes from another vendor, and connected the new features to ClubReady's backend API. They developed the updates from scratch and are currently working on the scheduling application. The team consisted of four developers and a project manager. The project, which began in August 2021, is ongoing and has cost approximately $100,000.

In another project, Wayfare was hired by TVH Parts, a global one-stop shop for parts and accessories for various equipment, to augment their Progress development team. The scope of work involved handling a 30+ year old monolithic bespoke (Progress OpenEdge) ERP solution with over 10 million lines of code. The team of 14 from Wayfare also managed an SVN Mono repo with a bespoke CI CD pipeline, with an average of 500 commits and 1,300 files modified per month. The team achieved an availability KPI of 98.3%.

For Itris, a provider of web-based ERP software for social housing corporations in the Netherlands, Wayfare developed a new and innovative part of their application. The application was designed to collect late payments from tenants and provide employees with insights into the number of late payments and the amount of debt. The application featured a dashboard, filterable action list, a custom-built timeline for planning future actions, and the ability to create and send letters through third-party services. The project began in January 2022 and is ongoing, with one backend developer continuing to maintain the application and help modernize other parts of the ERP.
