Way Solutions

Way Solutions was engaged by a public health professional who was struggling to advance in their career. The client, who was feeling stuck in their previous job, sought the help of Way Solutions to improve their chances of getting callbacks for second interviews and to gain better career opportunities. The company provided several in-person career coaching sessions, helping the client to identify their skills, revamp their resume, and highlight their accomplishments. The main point of contact was Jennifer, the president of Way Solutions. The client invested $600 for three career coaching sessions and the engagement lasted from July to August 2017.

In another project, Way Solutions was hired by LBMC, a professional services company, to provide leadership consulting services. The aim was to accelerate the development of new and emerging leaders within the organization. Way Solutions worked with new leader cohorts within the company, helping them develop their social media profiles, brand, and behaviors. They also taught them how to use LinkedIn as a tool to collect information, access new business opportunities, and recruit new staff. This was part of a year-long development strategy that included a series of courses for the emerging leaders, including onsite workshops. The client worked mostly with Jennifer and Magan, the Operations Manager at Way Solutions. The client invested around $10,000 per year and the engagement began in September 2016.
