The team of 2-5 employees at WaveAccess was selected due to their high ratings and alignment with the company's culture and values. The primary method of communication was through in-person and virtual meetings, as well as emails or messaging apps. WaveAccess successfully delivered the required new functionality and maintained the product through bug fixing.

WaveAccess partnered with Jisp, a retail marketing and technology company, to provide custom software development. The CEO of Jisp couldn't find a technically capable partner to create the services he had imagined until he found WaveAccess. The team at WaveAccess, which included a lead developer, project manager, testers, and a QA specialist, worked on the project for an agile period of 2-3 weeks before delivering a demo version for testing. After fixing the bugs, the product was released to the public. The partnership has been successful and is still ongoing.

WaveAccess collaborated with a SaaS solution provider for personal injury or consumer-based law firms to develop a SaaS-based application. The team at WaveAccess, which included a project manager, development lead, UX designer, backend infrastructure development resources, frontend developers, and a QA testing resource, delivered an MVP within six weeks. Since then, they have continued to deliver a new system build every two weeks, adding features, enhancements, and functionality. The collaboration has been successful, with the company investing about $500,000 in the product. The engagement is still ongoing.
