Walker Sands was hired by Haley & Aldrich, a professional services firm, to optimize their website and improve their market visibility. Initially, the project involved minor modifications, but the scope was expanded to include a complete overhaul of the website platform. Walker Sands worked on the SEO of the site, adding more content and upgrading the outdated platform to WordPress. The project started in February 2019 and the site was launched a few weeks ago. Walker Sands is now on a monthly retainer for website maintenance and SEO support.

For a global consultancy firm, Walker Sands was tasked with developing a microsite due to the shift to virtual sales meetings as a result of COVID-19. The goal was to create a modern, effective, and differentiated representation of the team and their unique solutions for clients. The microsite consisted of six pages, interactive components, and was designed to be mobile responsive. Walker Sands was already on retainer for other digital and marketing initiatives for the company.

The project involved a variety of tasks including a brand asset audit, competitive industry analysis, stakeholder interviews, brand strategy development, site content audit, sitemap development, site wireframe development, image sourcing, website content creation, frontend custom CMS templates, WordPress CMS, site content migration, post-launch site handoff and training, and a Google Lighthouse performance guarantee. The Walker Sands team included a project manager/account director, designers, copywriters, and developers.
