Waker

Waker was engaged by a nursing home chain to develop an iOS and Android app to enhance communication between families and the facilities. The app, which includes a dashboard that communicates with the nursing home's electronic medical records, was developed by a team of two from Waker. The project, which started in July 2020, is ongoing and has involved an investment of close to $100,000.

In another project, Waker was hired by a social network platform, views, to design and develop the frontend of a mobile app for both iOS and Android. The project involved creating about 30 design cards in InVision and a workflow prototype. Waker also connected the client with a network of people to build the backend. The project, which started in August 2020 and concluded in October of the same year, involved an investment of between $11,000 and $13,000.

Waker also worked with HRsoft, a human resource software company, to modernize their existing applications and streamline the process of introducing new solutions. Waker's team provided feedback and recommendations to improve the UI/UX of the company's applications and created mockups for new products, including a pay equity solution and an incentive management solution. The engagement, which started in June 2021, involves a monthly investment of about $6,000 and is ongoing.
