VTI Cloud was hired by ITNavi, a top recruitment platform in Vietnam, to update their outdated database and migrate their data center to AWS cloud. The company had been experiencing issues with database performance due to increased traffic and recognized the potential cost-saving and efficiency benefits of utilizing AWS cloud. However, lacking in-house AWS engineers and experience, they sought professional assistance from VTI Cloud. After attending a VTI Cloud event and consulting with their experts, ITNavi decided to collaborate with them. The project involved a discovery workshop to discuss expectations and requirements, followed by the proposal of a high-level design of AWS architecture and an implementation plan by VTI Cloud.
