ITNavi, a leading recruitment platform in Vietnam, hired VTI Cloud to update their outdated database and migrate their data center to AWS cloud. The recruitment company was experiencing performance issues due to increased traffic and needed to leverage the benefits of the cloud to enhance their services. However, they lacked in-house AWS engineers and experience with AWS. After attending a VTI Cloud event and consulting with their experts, ITNavi decided to entrust the project to them. The project involved a discovery workshop, where ITNavi's requirements were discussed, followed by VTI Cloud proposing a high-level design of AWS architecture and an implementation plan. The project team consisted of a Project Manager and Cloud Architects. The successful completion of the project resulted in an updated, efficient database and a seamless transition to AWS cloud, enabling ITNavi to handle the growing traffic and optimize their operations.
