VReal Soft was hired by a design company to develop a mobile application aimed at simplifying home management for customers. The company lacked in-house developers, so VReal Soft was tasked with creating an app that allowed users to manage their home and equipment, order house equipment and contact emergency services. VReal Soft was responsible for writing documentation, managing developers, front and back-end development, and QA testing. The application was integrated into native applications for Swift and Java Android. The project manager was in constant communication with the design company, and the project team included a front-end developer, a back-end developer, a project manager, and a QA tester.

SandS Technologies hired VReal Soft to develop a web application for a bill pay solution. The application was designed to allow users to pay all their utility bills from Kiosk self terminals. VReal Soft developed the project from scratch, beginning with a brief of specifications and a first estimate. The project was divided into sprints, and the application included features such as viewing payments and procedures, viewing a map of all terminals in the user's city, viewing news, viewing a smart tutorial video, and printing a form for administrative procedures. The project team consisted of one back-end developer, two front-end developers, one project manager, and one QA tester.

A design company hired VReal Soft to complete the development of a web application for a Yoga Studio. The design company had created the UX/UI designs, and VReal Soft was responsible for the technical development. The project began with a call to discuss the project requirements, after which VReal Soft prepared PRD documentation for the first rough estimate. The project then moved on to User Story Documentation development, where each page and feature was described in detail. The project team consisted of a lead developer, two front-end developers, one back-end developer, one project manager, and two quality assurance testers. The lead developer was responsible for technical management and coordinating developers, the front-end developers were responsible for the front-end side and UX/UI development according to designs, the back-end developer was responsible for the back-end side and connecting other 3rd party services, the project manager managed the whole process via JIRA and delivered to the design company, and the quality assurance testers tested the whole application to ensure quality results.
