VOLSOFT Industry 4.0 & IoT Solutions was hired by a textile manufacturing company to develop a production efficiency follow-up system. The system was designed to collect data from machines for every signal, enabling the company to manage and report real-time to prevent large-scale production stoppages. The vendor was selected based on a reference. A team of two from VOLSOFT worked on the project. The system has been instrumental in identifying inefficiencies in production.

In collaboration with Siemens, VOLSOFT was tasked with gathering big data and creating an Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system. The system was further integrated with third-party solutions for invoicing. The team of three from VOLSOFT was evaluated and chosen by the Siemens Supply Chain Management for their experience in the field. The project was delivered successfully, and it met customer expectations.

For Anadolu Isuzu, an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in commercial vehicles, VOLSOFT developed a smart factory and energy system. The project involved gathering data from production and energy systems. The vendor was selected from ten alternatives based on their experience, capability, and optimized prices. A team of seven from VOLSOFT, including a project manager, two developers, and four OT Engineers, worked on this project. The project was successful, and the systems developed have been effective in their operation.
