Vokke

Vokke was contracted by Bossini Kitchens, a luxury joinery and furniture manufacturer, to consolidate all their systems and processes into a single software. Referred to Bossini due to their high ratings and good value for cost, Vokke assigned 2-5 employees to create a custom software that would cover all aspects of the business, from customer management to after service care. The software was also designed to integrate with Bossini's accounting software and reduce double handling of data input. The client was pleased with the results, noting the software's simple and easy-to-use interface.

In another project, Vokke was hired by Finura Group, a financial services consulting and application development company, to build a custom web application for the financial services industry in Australia. The team from Vokke, consisting of three full-stack developers, a part-time QA lead, and a part-time project manager, was responsible for the early stages of discovery and scoping the project, including crafting and writing user stories, wireframes, and UI design. They used PHP for the backend and React and JavaScript libraries for the frontend. The client was satisfied with the work done by Vokke, who will continue to provide ongoing support and managed services for the web application.

Vokke was also engaged by Critical Info, a SaaS platform that provides information on end-of-life choices, to build their platform. The project team, consisting of 6-10 employees, was responsible for the planning and design phase, which included requirements specification documentation, high-fidelity UI/UX designs, and process flow diagrams. They also managed the build and development phase, which involved iterative software planning and design, full-cycle software development, and software testing and QA. The client appreciated Vokke's work, particularly their managed infrastructure hosting and 24/7 infrastructure incident monitoring and response.
