VoipTower partnered with Central Auto to integrate a comprehensive IP telephony infrastructure from the ground up. Central Auto, a driving school in Ukraine, aimed to improve customer outreach, integrate their CRM with a phone system, and track telecommunication usage through a personal billing panel. VoipTower, selected for its budget-friendly pricing and value for cost, had between two to five employees working on the project. The team was responsible for setting up and configuring phone numbers, integrating calls with the CRM system, and arranging the workflow for Central Auto's team.

VoipTower's nuanced approach included setting up the telephony system for Central Auto's managers, enabling them to manage all client communication from the CRM. This service provided a streamlined way to add client information, call customers, update lead statuses, and record communication history. Part of their deliverables also included personal billing panel access for monitoring manager calls, reviewing call history, checking usage, and managing telecommunication services.

The project's completion provided Central Auto with a comprehensive communication system that significantly improved their daily operations. The integration allowed for more efficient client communication and expanded outreach to potential students across Ukraine. Overall, the tailored IP telephony solution by VoipTower significantly enhanced Central Auto's ability to manage and monitor their telecommunication activities effectively.
