VOCAB Communications was engaged by a Canadian craft brewery to launch a new product, the Canadian Pale Ale. The company was tasked with generating as much press and social media coverage as possible to create buzz around the new launch. VOCAB Communications delivered a comprehensive PR service, securing tier-one media coverage, including print, TV, and radio. They also facilitated live TV interviews, radio interviews, and online print interviews. Additionally, VOCAB Communications helped the brewery build relationships and designed media mailers, invitations, and other copy. The engagement, which lasted from November 2014 to May 2015, was successful, and the brewery invested between $5,000-$10,000 in the project.

In another project, VOCAB Communications was hired by Bramalea City Center, a shopping center, to provide PR assistance for their cause awareness campaign. The PR agency's responsibilities included creating press releases and announcements based on initiatives and promotions, and announcing holiday promotions or changes in holiday hours. VOCAB Communications also assisted with retail-driven campaigns and not-for-profit campaigns, and helped the shopping center create a strategic influencer campaign to increase word-of-mouth marketing. The ongoing engagement, which began in July 2018, has seen the shopping center invest between $50,000-$60,000.
