VND

VND was contracted by Livecomm.com, a mass texting and customer communication company, to design and build a comprehensive SMS communication platform. The project was aimed at achieving efficient mass SMS communication, tracking leads, and automating responses. Livecomm chose VND due to their budget compatibility, culture fit, and value for cost, all of which were recommended via a referral. The project scope, executed by 2-5 employees from VND, involved building the complete LiveComm platform, encompassing backend architecture, messaging, and administration.

The developed platform featured key deliverables including scalable SMS delivery, real-time lead capturing, multi-number routing, and contact management. Good value was attached to scheduling campaigns and personalizing communication. In addition to these, VND also handled DevOps, server deployment, and infrastructure optimization, functioning to maintain reliability, speed, and cost efficiency. This centralized, server-based solution eliminated the need for reliance on mobile devices for large-scale communication.

The collaboration between Livecomm and VND resulted in a highly effective and efficient platform for large scale SMS communication. The platform has proven dependable in consistent handling of bulk communications, with features that enable automated replies and tracking of leads. Fantastic results were recorded in reliability, speed, and cost efficiency, with Livecomm expressing satisfaction and value received in terms of budget compliance and culture fit. The successful completion of this project has, as a result, further increased VND's portfolio of successfully completed projects.
