VNC Global

VNC Global successfully provided back-office and accounting services to A1 Disability Support Services. The Director of the company found VNC Global through a referral and chose them due to their high ratings, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the company's values. A single VNC Global employee was assigned to this project, and they were able to accomplish the business goals set out for them.

In another project, VNC Global was hired by Squirro AG, a SaaS company, to replace their current accounting software, automate and simplify processes, and replace their local team in Switzerland. This was the second project Squirro AG had with VNC Global, and they were selected based on their high ratings, location, cost-effectiveness, and cultural fit. VNC Global replaced Squirro's existing accounting module with an accounting ecosystem that included XERO, HubDoc, ScaleXP, Fathom, and Expensify. They also rerouted and documented all key processes, allowing Squirro to reduce their team in Switzerland.

VNC Global also provided accounting services to Qwikkit, a manufacturer of cabinet refacing kits. They were hired to assist with accounting and speed up the close process. VNC Global was chosen due to their cost-effective pricing, cultural fit, and the fact that they were referred to Qwikkit. They were responsible for core accounting and bookkeeping, processing daily cash transactions, reconciling bank and credit card transactions, drafting monthly financials, and drafting pay runs and monthly accruals. This project was successfully carried out by 2-5 employees from VNC Global.
