VLdev was hired by a cybersecurity talent recruitment platform to create a custom software application designed to convert resumes into public-private profiles. The goal was to address privacy concerns, eliminate potential bias, and promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. VLdev was chosen for their ability to provide a dedicated team capable of executing the client's vision under a tight deadline. The vendor's team, consisting of eight members including a project manager, a designer, a software architect, and four developers, designed and developed a full-service SAAS platform within six months. The project began with a discovery workshop and was executed in two-week sprints to allow for continuous testing and feedback. The client praised VLdev for their professionalism, adherence to standard coding practices, and efficient documentation.
