Vivek Popat Designs

Vivek Popat Designs was hired by Relayapt, an intra-office communication system, to professionalize and transform the designs of their mobile app. The client, Dr Romik Vadhvana, was dissatisfied with the existing designs that lacked professionalism. After seeing Vivek's impressive design portfolio, Dr. Romik decided to hire him. The initial concept was to facilitate watch to watch communication with a simple design for non-technical users. However, after receiving feedback that the user interface was not appealing, Vivek was instrumental in making small yet significant changes such as altering icons and repositioning buttons for better usability on the watch's small screen. Working as a freelance UX/UI designer, Vivek's creative inputs and advice led to improvements in the product features, enhancing the overall customer experience. The client was extremely satisfied with Vivek's work, praising his professionalism and passion for design.
