The selection was based on the vendor's understanding of the application's content and reasonable cost. The project involved defining requirements, breaking them down into development tasks, and assigning them to engineers for coding and testing. If any issues arose, modifications were requested and corrections made. The project team consisted of one BPM and one to two iOS, Android, and server engineers.

The company was also engaged by a land and house surveyor to develop an application that automatically creates a family tree from a family register using AI-OCR technology. The vendor was chosen due to their quick and clear proposal, and their interest in the project. The development process included a proof of concept, OCR selection, sharing how to read family registers, basic logic construction, requirement definition creation, development start, prototype testing, addition of inheritance pattern selection function, simultaneous reading function for multiple family registers, and manual linking function for multiple family registers. The project was completed with three client-side development members and three developer-side members including a PM, BPM, and engineer.

Vitalify Asia Co., Ltd. was also commissioned by Locus Blue, a software development company, for the launch of a new product for deep learning-based 3D point cloud analytics. The vendor was found through an online search and was selected due to their pricing, culture fit, company values, and talented team members. The scope of work involved developing a minimum viable product for the new service and providing it to an actual enterprise customer for feedback. The aim was to reach product-market fit. The project team comprised of 2-5 employees from Vitalify Asia Co., Ltd.
