VisualPanda was hired by a software solutions company to design and develop a new company website. The company's previous site was outdated, and they wanted a fresh, modern look that reflected their high-tech products. The project started with research and moodboarding, followed by wireframing. The main design phase, Visual Exploration, involved working through design variations and revisions based on the company's feedback. The final design was developed in HubSpot by a partner company brought in by VisualPanda. Throughout the project, VisualPanda maintained regular meetings with the company and was highly responsive to feedback.

The College of Europe in Natolin employed VisualPanda to redesign their website, aiming to reflect the institution's prestige and academic excellence. The goal was to increase student applications by improving website conversion rates through a more strategic structure, clearer calls to action, and a better user experience. VisualPanda began with a full audit of the existing site and a competitive benchmarking exercise. They then delivered a complete redesign, starting with wireframes to define the site structure, information architecture, and user flow. The redesigned website was implemented in Webflow, with custom automations built to integrate the College's preferred tools and streamline internal processes.

QBeeQ Analytics, a Data Strategy Consulting firm, hired VisualPanda to redesign one of their key plugins to improve usability. The company also sought VisualPanda's expertise in identifying and resolving usability issues through in-depth UX research and analysis. Additionally, VisualPanda was tasked with building a scalable design system aligned with QBeeQ's brand to support future product development. They carried out a thorough UX review and redesign of the plugin, uncovering usability issues, confusing interactions, and design inconsistencies. VisualPanda delivered a clear list of improvements along with wireframes and polished UI mockups, resulting in a cleaner and more intuitive product. They also built a comprehensive design system tailored to QBeeQ's brand, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across the product and making the design and development process much more efficient.
