Visible Magic Inc

Visible Magic Inc was hired by Mindstream Interactive, a CX and digital agency, to enhance their development capabilities for a retail partner. The project involved responding to an RFP and pitching a combined service offering. Visible Magic was chosen due to a previous relationship with one of their founding partners, Jay Donovan. The focus was on improving the e-commerce user interface and content strategy for a loyalty program, targeting the digitally savvy Gen-X demographic. The team, led by Jay, was highly accessible and proactive in addressing the detailed requirements of the RFP response.

In another project, Visible Magic Inc was engaged by DJA, a company specializing in sweepstakes, contests, games, rebates, and incentives management, to consult on Web3 concepts. The goal was to drive the adoption of Web3 technology for next-generation loyalty and incentive programs. Visible Magic was chosen based on a referral and their expertise in the field. The team of 2-5 employees provided the necessary groundwork for DJA to build upon.

Visible Magic Inc provided staff augmentation services to a blockchain software development company. The goal was to accelerate the development of their software front- and backend. After a short discovery phase, Visible Magic's team was integrated with the existing development team. At the peak of the project, around 20 teammates from Visible Magic, including project managers, Scrum masters, QA specialists, and developers, were involved. The engagement, which began in September 2021, is ongoing and has involved an investment of $1 million–$5 million. Visible Magic was chosen for their expertise in blockchain development.
