The goal was to make all information about a batch number readily available for the customer in case of complaints. Virtusai revamped the old application and developed a new web-based application using Angular. The new platform is a traceability tool that collects data from different sources and organizes it for the user, including new tools and functions that were not previously imagined. The project, which involved four different people from Virtusai, was completed between September 2016 and January 2017 at a cost of £30,000 ($37,134 USD).
