Highlights from Recent Projects
Virtuoso successfully completed an IT Services and Cybersecurity project for Solution Dynamics, a global customer communications management company. They were tasked with enhancing IT security, transferring internal data to the cloud, reducing MS license costs, and enabling the company to focus on ISO27001, Soc2, and HIPPA. The project involved the migration of files to Azure, managing Microsoft licenses, decommissioning older servers, and implementing device management tools for improved security. The team of 10 from Virtuoso was found through a referral and they worked on the project from March to June 2024.
Virtuoso provided IT Managed Services to a CIO Consulting Company. The company required fully outsourced IT service management with a focus on security and customer service. Virtuoso offered migration services, a fully managed help desk, level 2 and 3 support, ongoing reviews of the IT environment, security, and advice. They successfully migrated systems between Microsoft support partners, from on-premise to cloud M365, and from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. The engagement began in August 2022 and is ongoing.
The company was hired by CIEH, a public health organization, to replace a failing MSP and improve their Infrastructure and Security. The goal was to take the company forward technology-wise. Virtuoso was chosen due to their high ratings, culture fit, cost-effectiveness, and aligned company values. The scope of work involved taking over from the failing MSP and transforming the IT environment to be secure, robust, and manageable. The project was successful and met the client's expectations.
