VirtSpaces Pvt. Ltd. completed a VR development project for Nila Spaces Limited, a public limited company on the Indian stock markets. Nila Spaces wanted to create a hyper-real VR experience for consumers to visualize their future homes in the company's new project at GIfT city. VirtSpaces was chosen for their motivation to make meaningful changes in proptech and their ability to deliver a quality product in a tight timeline. The VR experiences were created for the Oculus Quest 2. The project was delivered before the agreed timeline, and the team at Nila Spaces was very satisfied with the results.

VirtSpaces Pvt. Ltd. also worked with SYS Monaco, a company specializing in visual marketing strategy and tools, to create an interactive VR showroom for a client in the architecture design industry. The goal was to create a virtual reality simulation of a living room renovation project where design elements could be changed live. VirtSpaces was selected for their history of providing high-quality VR simulations and their innovative approach. The project involved creating a web-based VR app that allowed the client to design and arrange their living space using a set of 3D furniture models. The project was successful, with a project manager and a unity developer from VirtSpaces working closely with SYS Monaco.
