VIKRITI Management Consulting was hired by an online retail company to introduce structure and well-defined processes in preparation for company growth. The project involved multiple phases, starting with identifying the current state of the company. VIKRITI then interviewed the leadership to understand the company direction and determine the future state to ensure it aligned with the company's strategy. The team then executed the future state and led the company through change management, crafting clear and concise communication for teams. The CEO and two other individuals from VIKRITI worked directly with the company, with one focusing on ITSM and the other on data architecture. The retail company chose VIKRITI for their experience, cost-effectiveness, and cultural fit.

Optum Ventures, a venture capital firm, engaged VIKRITI Management Consulting to strengthen their growth organization through change management. VIKRITI developed playbooks and other assets for the firm's growth efforts, identified pain points to improve organic sales, and enhanced weaknesses in sales and account management processes. They also helped design and implement the Growth Academy to improve sales and account management skills. The project was led by a team of five from VIKRITI, including the founder and managing member. The engagement, which began in February 2017, cost around $400,000–$500,000 and is still ongoing.

Xcel Energy, a major U.S. regulated electric and natural gas delivery company, hired VIKRITI Management Consulting to transform their Talent Acquisition Function. The scope of work included evaluating the current state of the function, making recommendations for improvements in various areas such as process, tool and technology utilization, and organizational design, and leading project teams on each workstream. VIKRITI also assisted with the implementation of recommendations and provided tools and other documents to keep teams and leadership updated on progress. Xcel Energy chose VIKRITI for their proximity, budget-friendly pricing, cultural fit, and aligned company values. The project involved 6-10 employees from VIKRITI.
