The project was led by a team of five, with the founder of VIKRITI acting as the transformational leader. The client spent around $400,000-$500,000 throughout the engagement which began in February 2017 and is ongoing.
VIKRITI Management Consulting was hired by an online retail company to bring structure to their rapidly growing and increasingly complex technology department.
