Viget worked on a product redesign for SHL, a global talent insights business. The project involved the redesign of SHL's flagship product, the OPQ, a personality questionnaire used by organizations for predicting performance, potential and fit in the workplace. The goal was to evolve the user experience of the OPQ to meet the needs of recruiting teams who were seeking a more engaging participant experience. Viget was chosen for their experience with user-centered design and their ability to work virtually across different time zones. The project involved several rounds of discovery and research, design iterations, user testing, and the creation of a realistic prototype. The final design was well-received, maintaining the validity of the questionnaire and results.

In another project, Viget provided UI/UX design services for a healthcare company, Matchwell. The company aimed to create a design pattern that would scale with the application, design an intuitive and personalized user experience, and simplify the UX for some complex features. Viget was chosen for their high ratings, proximity, and cultural fit. The project involved reviewing the current app, creating a new design pattern, and redesigning main elements of the user applications. Key deliverables included prototypes of both applications and detailed design system documentation in Figma. Viget also provided a blueprint for Google Analytics event captures and worked with end users to capture feedback.

Viget also worked with a tech startup on multiple projects. The first project involved creating a mobile app to complement the startup's web experience. Subsequent projects involved leading the design of three apps in six months and supporting a redesign of the startup's flagship product. Viget was selected through an RFP process for their enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. The projects involved research, UX and design, user testing, and design QA. The Viget team, which varied in size and included UX researchers, designers, engineers, project managers, and accessibility advisors, collaborated with the startup's engineering team during design and build.
