VietNam Event Group - VEG was hired by a flexible packaging company to plan and execute a grand opening ceremony. The goal was to create a luxurious and professional event to announce the company's opening. VEG was selected based on their experience and competitive quotations. They were responsible for all aspects of the event, from design to material selection. The assistant executive of the packaging company worked closely with VEG and was involved in decision making.
VEG was also hired by Promo Tec Vietnam, a marketing agency, to manage the stage for four large events in various Vietnamese cities. The goal was to ensure the events met the client's Key Performance Indicators. VEG was selected through a company network introduction. Their work included stage idea development, technical design, visual development, celebrity contact and management, and overseeing all stage activities on event days. The team consisted of a stage director, a stage production director, 7-8 full-time employees, and over 20 part-time employees.
A manufacturing company hired VEG to organize their first event in Vietnam - the Corning Grand Opening Ceremony and Technology Day in Hanoi. The goal was to promote the company's entry into the Vietnamese market. VEG was recommended by the company's partners. They were responsible for designing, producing, and organizing the event. Despite the event project team consisting of only three members, they managed to exceed the company's expectations.
