Vialutions

Vialutions was hired by vm.pl, a company with many clients in Germany, to provide experienced C# developers for a project. The project involved creating a new special Robot for semiconductor industries and required a GUI. Vialutions provided an efficient solution at a reasonable cost, which included travelling to the client's office to gather necessary requirements and scope. The project was successful, with positive feedback from the client on the excellent soft skills of the Vialutions team. However, the collaboration ended due to the coronavirus crisis.

In a separate project, Vialutions was contracted by NG Engineering to develop several HR solutions to facilitate administrative processes. The project began with a SharePoint intranet and expanded to include tools such as a working hours reporting and planning solution, a bet-for-fun application for team integration, a permission control tool, and a system for recording holiday forms. The project also included a Customer Relationship Management system for the Sales Department and a management system for ISO 9001:2015 documents. The solutions provided by Vialutions simplified and facilitated the company's processes, allowing them to focus more on product development and manufacturing.

Vialutions was hired by Grupa Czarna Góra, a hospitality company and ski resort, to modernize their IT system. The project involved standardizing the applications used by employees and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions. The process was divided into three parts: business analysis, business processes support, and consulting. The changes were phased in gradually, from key users to the entire organization. The project was successful, with the company now able to handle most things connected to managing their company processes using Microsoft solutions.
