Viagio Technologies

Viagio Technologies was hired by Vanguard Packaging, a company that produces corrugated displays for retail items, to create a display audit app called the "Retail Assessment Tool". The app was designed to enable teams to audit the condition of the displays and products in stores. The Viagio team, consisting of 6-10 employees, was praised for their attentiveness, responsiveness, and support. The app features custom questions about display and product conditions, GPS store locations, display lists, and photo-taking capabilities. The overall survey data is searchable, filterable, and exportable for further analysis.

In another project, Viagio Technologies was contracted by a property and casualty insurance company to develop a mobile application that integrates with their payment processing system and agent portal. The app, developed from scratch for Android and iOS, allows insurers to file claims, make payments, and download their ID cards. Viagio worked closely with the claims, accounting, and underwriting departments of the company to ensure their needs were met. The company invested around $250,000 in the project and continues to work with Viagio for consistent upgrades to the portal.

Viagio Technologies was also involved in a project for an IoT SaaS platform for consumer electronics. The company needed to accelerate their roadmap due to a multi-million dollar investment from a large consumer electronics distributor. Viagio was brought in to assist with cloud and mobile app development. The team was responsible for onboarding new user authentication and subscription/billing systems to the platform. The project, which is ongoing, involves two full scrum teams that include front end/mobile developers, cloud engineers, quality assurance, business analysts, and a delivery manager and architect.
