VG Infotec

VG Infotec was hired by Brady Pest Control, a pest control service provider located in Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and North Texas, to develop an interactive voice responder (IVR) system. The system, which was built from scratch, can locate and filter existing clients by keyed input of phone number. It also allows clients to schedule their accounts 24/7 instantly, request a callback, leave a voicemail, hear detailed information about service pricing and treatments, or be routed to the next available representative. The project involved the use of API, Twilio, Google-text-to-speech, and the company's scheduling software. A professional voice-over was also integrated into the system, providing a more personalized touch. The client praised VG Infotec for their hard work, dedication, and expertise.

In another project, VG Infotec worked with a business consulting company to develop a website using Java. The scope of work included end-to-end development, encompassing website UX/UI design, backend and frontend design and implementation, automations, and user interactive designs. The project also involved the design of rest API for mobile apps and the development and modification of Android and React.JS apps. A team of 15 people, including project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, testers, and database designers, was involved in the project. The client commended VG Infotec for their quality work and for meeting their expectations since the beginning of the project.
