The project involved building the website in stages, starting with a platform to host the newsletter and provide a gateway for subscribers. As the project progressed, more pages were added, and Vertical Motion provided ongoing technical support and marketing assistance. The collaboration began in March 2017 and continues to this day, with Vertical Motion heavily involved in the production of the newsletter, which they also put online and distribute to subscribers. The feedback from the publishing company was positive, appreciating Vertical Motion for their guidance and professionalism.

In a consulting role, Vertical Motion worked with a technology company focused on seafood trade. The technology company, being in its early stages, needed an audit of their technical team and assistance in organizing their operations for increased efficiency. Vertical Motion reviewed the company's processes and protocols, provided training on project management, gave feedback on developer metrics, and offered guidance on advancing their technology readiness level. The engagement started in April 2021 and is expected to end soon. The technology company reported satisfaction with Vertical Motion's services, particularly their ability to provide valuable recommendations and training.

Vertical Motion was hired by a real estate software company to create a minimum viable product (MVP) from an initial concept. The project involved a discovery phase where the scope of the project was developed, followed by the design and development of the MVP. Vertical Motion's team worked closely with the company's design team throughout the project, which ran from November 2015 to June 2016. The real estate software company appreciated Vertical Motion's understanding of the startup space and their ability to efficiently use resources, leading to the successful creation of the MVP.
